THE PRESIDENT
The president is the chief executive officer responsible for supervision and operation of the club. The president sets the tone for the club and provides helpful, supportive leadership for all activities.
VP OF EDUCATION
TREASURER
The Treasurer is the club accountant. The Treasurer manages the club bank account, paying bills and processing membership fees to Toastmasters International
VP OF PUBLIC RELATIONS
The Vp of Public Relations promotes the club and notifies the club about activities. The VPPR updates web content and social media, and safeguards the Toastmasters brand identity
SERGEANT AT ARMS
The Sergeant-at-Arms keeps track of the room and helps with the mechanics of running the club. The SAA arrives early to prepare the meeting place and looks after members
SECRETARY
This officer maintains club records, manages files, handles club correspondence and takes the minutes at each club and executive committee meeting. In this club the secretary also helps with running club competitions
